1. SMS Program Description
AA Academy Learning Center LLC operates an SMS notification program to send payment confirmations and weekly payment reminders to parents and guardians of enrolled students.
2. Opt-In
“Parents and guardians provide their mobile phone number on our paper enrollment form at the time of child registration. By providing their phone number on the form, they expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from AA Academy Learning Center regarding: weekly tuition payment reminders, payment confirmations, attendance alerts, and school announcements.”
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, including payment confirmations and weekly reminders.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

7. Supported Carriers
AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Metro PCS. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
